VENUE GUIDELINES
- Children under the age of 7 are asked not be brought to the venue except for children’s events.
- All halls, the foyer and the restaurant are NO SMOKING zones.
- Photographing and recording (of any kind) of the performances are not allowed. All cameras and other recording devices are required to be checked in at the security.
- Foods and drinks (except bottled water) shall not be allowed in the hall.
- Tickets purchased through internet and call centers can be picked up from the Biletix box offices until the event day (NOT on the event day) or they can be collected from TİM Main Box Office 2 hours prior to the event's actual starting time with a valid ID and the credit card used to buy the tickets.
