The construction of the TIM building started in April,2003 and was completed in June 2005. The venue was designed by the acclaimed architect Yılmaz Sanlı, while Haluk Çetin contributed as the Construction Architect and Architect Çağlayan Tuğal carried out the Interior Decoration of the venue. TIM opened officially in November 2005.
TIM is located in Maslak on a site owned by Darüssafaka Society and is a multi-purposed project operated with “build-operate & transfer” method.
